ACORD 24 Covered Property Instructions

COVERED PROPERTY

Check the check box to the left of the provide coverage. For check boxes with no text nest to the box you will need to enter your own text to describe the covered property.

OPTIONS

BUILDING - the actual building at the location described.

PERSONAL PROPERTY - also referred to as CONTENTS. If your insured rents or leases this may be the primary coverage.

BUSINESS INCOME - Here is a good description of Business Income

EXTRA EXPENSE - Here is a good description of Extra Expense.

RENTAL VALUE - Here is a good definition of Rental Value.

BLANKET BUILDING - This is when a single policy limit covers more than one building or location.

BLANKET PERSONAL PROPERTY - This is when a single policy limit covers more than one location.

BLANKET BUILDING AND PERSONAL PROPERTY - You guessed it. this is when a single policy limit covers both building and personal property either at a single location or at multiple locations.
